Tell us what you're planning
Sizes, print, ground conditions, how many you need and when you need them. The more you tell us, the more useful the quote.
No artwork yet? Send your logo and we'll produce up to three print-ready visuals, free of charge and with no obligation.
We aim to deliver within two weeks of artwork approval, though this can extend considerably through the summer. If your event has a date on it, get in touch early.

Step one
We read it properly
A person reads your enquiry, not a bot. If something's unclear, or we think a different size would suit you better, we'll ask before we quote.
Step two
Price and free visual
You get a written price and, for branded work, up to three print-ready layouts of your artwork on the product.
Step three
We make it
Once you've approved the visual, it goes into production in Cornwall. Typically two weeks from approval, but please check with the factory at time of order.

Getting your graphics print-ready
Our design team has been laying artwork onto these products for over twenty years. Whether you send us a finished file or a logo on a napkin, we'll get it right before anything goes to press.

Upload artwork for review
Send us what you've got and we'll check it over free of charge - resolution, colour mode, bleed, the lot - and tell you honestly whether it'll print well.
Send vector files where you can - .ai, .eps or a high-resolution .pdf with fonts turned to outlines and Pantone references specified. Photoshop files should be at least 300dpi at half full size. Files up to 25MB by email; anything larger by WeTransfer. We'll always check your artwork before production and come straight back to you if we spot a problem.

Upload your artwork
Attach your files and tell us which product they're for. One of the design team will look them over and come back to you with either a thumbs up or exactly what needs changing.
Got a file too big to upload? Send it to shelter@instantmarquees.co.uk by WeTransfer and put your company name in the message.
Send us your files
Email your artwork straight to the design team and we'll review it free of charge, usually within one working day.
Files over 25MB won’t send by email - use WeTransfer and send it to the same address.
The workshop

Frames, canopies, walls, flags and print all come out of one building. If you'd like to see a stall rigged before you commit, call ahead and come down.
