Inflatable I-Dome
One person. Ten minutes. No mains power.
The I-Dome inflatable tent. Fully branded, made in Cornwall, and small enough to fit in the boot.
- One person to rig
- No mains power
- Up in under 10 minutes
- 14kg, fits a car boot
Why this one
For everyone fed up with wrestling a frame.
If you’ve ever tried to rig a pop-up gazebo single handed in a car park in the wind, you already understand the appeal. The I-Dome has no frame to fight.
It’s a sealed air structure - closer to a bicycle inner tube than a bouncy castle - so once it’s up, it stays up. No blower droning away in the background all day.
A battery pump comes in the kit, so you don’t need to find a socket. It inflates in under ten minutes with one person, deflates just as quickly, and packs down small enough for a compact car. Schools, sports clubs and exhibition teams buy them for exactly that reason.
What you get out of it
Five reasons people switch.
Every one of them is about effort, because effort is the whole point.
01
Rig it on your own
No team, no lifting, no trapped fingers. Unroll it, connect the pump, inflate, peg. One person, start to finish, every time.
02
No mains power needed
Every kit includes a 12v portable battery pump, so you can set up in a field, a car park or halfway up a hill without hunting for a socket or running a generator.
03
Sealed air, not a blower
The legs are a sealed air unit. Once inflated it holds pressure and stays up on its own - no constant noise, no power draw, no fan failing halfway through the day.
04
Packs into a car boot
The 3×3m leg set and canopy come to 14kg together. Deflate, roll, done. No 30kg frame to lift into a van single-handed.
05
Fire certified for UK events
Made from premium 500d polyester meeting BS7837, so it’s compliant for schools, exhibitions and public events without a conversation.

How windy is too windy?
Straight answer
An inflatable trades some wind performance for the convenience of rigging it alone. Properly secured, the 3×3m and 4×4m are rated to 20mph and the 6×6m to 30mph.
If your site is regularly windier than that, an Ultra HD frame is the better tool. Tell us the conditions and we’ll point you the right way.
Ground conditions
Before you rig
Soft ground - secure it with the heavy-duty guying set included in the kit. Hard ground - concrete, tarmac or an indoor arena is fine.
Outdoors on hard ground you must add weights. You can’t peg into tarmac, and an inflatable catches wind like a sail.
