What frame styles and sizes are available?
We offer a diverse range of heavy-duty frames designed for professional use. All of our parasols are available with or without pelmets to suit your brand's style.
Square Aluminium Frame: Features fully recyclable tubes anodized in silver. Available in 2m square (with a 2-part 40mm pole) or 3m square (with a 2-part 50mm pole). The 2m frame is also available with striking black anodised tubes.
Wood Hexagonal Frame: Made from responsibly sourced FSC wood. Available in 2m (38mm pole) or 2.5m (50mm pole). This frame features "easy change" ribs and super strong stainless steel rib connectors.
Hexagonal Dome Frame: A 2.2m frame featuring a responsibly sourced 38mm FSC wood pole and 8 reinforced fibreglass ribs.
3m Cantilever Parasol: Available with either a square or hexagonal frame, the cantilever style is ideal for setups where standard center poles would obstruct your seating area - Please contact our team for prices on these.
Should I choose single or double-sided print?
Our canopies are printed using dye-sublimation on polyester cloth, ensuring bright, durable colours. We can also print directly to a Pantone reference.
Single-Sided: The standard, vibrant option for outward-facing branding.
Double-Sided: Allows you to print on the underside of the canopy for patrons sitting beneath it. Note: Using two layers of material will block the light to a degree, meaning the colours can look slightly less vivid.

Which base do I need for my parasol?
We normally expect parasols to be supported by a table. However, an adequately sized base must be used at all times—the bigger the parasol, the heavier the base required.
Black Resin Base (25kg or 40kg): The 25kg base is ideal for 2m parasols, while the 40kg is suitable for 2m or 2.5m sizes.
Granite Base (35kg or 55kg): Ideal for 2m to 2.5m parasols. The 35kg features 2 inbuilt wheels, and the 55kg features 4 lockable coaster wheels for easy movement.
43L Water Base: Perfect for 2.5m to 3m parasols. It provides 43kgs of weight with plain water, or up to 65kgs when filled with water and sand.
Heavy Duty Bases (2.5m–4m Parasols): For our largest parasols, we offer a Metal Cross Base (73kg with wood-effect inserts or 100kg with concrete) and an ultra-sturdy Brushed Solid Metal Base (50kg granite, 90kg wood-effect, or 120kg concrete inserts).
Want to tidy up your display? We offer machine-washable Branded Base Covers, available in standard polyester or a stretch material for a beautifully tight fit.
Important Wind & Safety Warning: Even on a calm summer day, thermal gusts can lift a parasol into the air with potentially disastrous consequences. Keep in mind that a 20mph wind carries 4 times the force of a 10mph wind. Parasols should always be taken down in windy conditions or when not in use.
How do I supply artwork for my parasol?
For the best results, please supply EPS files with fonts turned to outlines and your Pantones specified. Not sure how it will look? We are happy to produce up to 3 FREE visuals per job for your layout approval.
